If you don't know what agility means, the following is a short description: Agility is the ability to keep one's balance while moving quickly and at a great rate, both in a straight line and at a slow pace. The movement and the balance must be both relaxed and natural. It is not a movement that requires a lot of muscle movement.

What you are doing, is a combination of exercises. Your muscles will use a combination of different exercises, but the goal is to do the same exercise in order to maintain or gain strength and muscle mass. For example, I usually do push-ups, crunches, rows, squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses.
What I find important to note, is that you are doing different exercises to develop specific muscles that are required to perform the movements.
